Bus Transportation Fee
Mode Of Payment Of Fees
School fee for the whole year has to be paid in four quaterly installments as mentioned below:
Quater I April, May, June
Quater II July, August, September
Quater III October, November, December
Quater IV January, Febraury, March
A fee booklet will be issued to each child on the day of the annual result along with his/her achievement record book.
Fee is payable in advance on or before the 15th of the paying month.
- Fee is accepted only through cheque. Parents are requested to fill in the correct cheque number in the fee slip and write the names & the class of the child on its back.
- Date of presentation of the cheque will be treated as the date of payment provided the cheque is not dishonoured.
- In case any cheque is dishonoured, the facility of payment of fee by cheque will be withdrawn for the entore academic session and the fee will be accepted with late fine and bank charges.
With Drawal
One month’s notice or payment of one month’s fee in lieu thereof is necessary in case a parent withdraws his/her ward from the school.The following categories of pupils may be required to be withdrawn from the school.(Not necessarily notifying cause to the parent)
(i) Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to benefit from the educational programme of the school.
(ii) Those whose fee is in arrears for more than a month.
(iii) Those whose behaviour in the opinion of the Principal is harmful to the interest of the school.
(iv) Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for a long period renders a student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.Re-admission may be granted only on payment of a fresh admission fee.
